Barbeque Sauce also known as BBQ Sauce is primarily used for applying to meat cooked in a grill to give its signature barbeque flavor and taste. BBQ Sauce is used for cooking chicken, beef and pork. Depending on the recipe, the Barbeque Sauce is applied at the beginning, middle and at the end of the cooking to give different flavor and finishing.
