Glasshouse, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Wan Chai, has been offering an exquisite menu at reasonable prices since it opened in 2016. The head chef and owner, Vicky Lau, was awarded a Michelin star for her inventive cuisine that fuses Chinese and Western elements.
The Glasshouse menu changes seasonally, but some of the dishes that have been popular among diners are the roasted Iberico pork rack with Sichuan pepper and chilli oil; stir-fried Wagyu beef with black bean sauce; and steamed sea bass with pickled ginger and spring onion.
Prices for main courses range from HK$180 to HK$350. For dessert, try the chocolate lava cake with salted caramel ice cream or the yuzu cheesecake with matcha tea jelly.
